Pre-Order Terms

HABIBI PLZ — PRE-ORDER TERMS

A pre-order reserves a product before it is ready to ship. Payment is collected at checkout.

1. Estimated dispatch. The current dispatch estimate is shown on the product page. Estimates can shift because of production or carrier delays; if that happens, we will update you by email.
2. Mixed carts. If an order includes pre-order and in-stock items, the order may ship together when the pre-order item is ready. Contact us if you need separate shipping; additional shipping charges may apply.
3. Changes and cancellations. Email hello@habibiplz.com as soon as possible. Once fulfillment begins, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
4. Refunds. If we cannot fulfill your pre-order, we will issue a full refund. All other returns and refunds follow our Refund Policy.
5. Promotions. Discounts apply only when their requirements are met at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.
