Return Window

  • You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • No restocking fees.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags and original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) required.

How to Return

  1. Email hello@habibiplz.com with your order number + reason.
  2. Wait for approval + instructions.
  3. Ship your item to:

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Email us immediately if your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (marked on product page).
  • Made-to-order / custom / personalized products.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

Need a new size? Return your item (after approval) and place a new order.

EU Customers

Orders shipped to the EU include a 14-day cooling-off period for returns.

Refunds

  • We’ll email you once we receive and inspect your return.
  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing times depend on your bank/credit card.
