EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@habibiplz.com before the withdrawal period expires.
Once you notify us, return the item(s) within 14 days. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized items, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened, or digital content once download has begun.

- No restocking fees.

- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) required.

Need a new size? Return your item (after approval) and place a new order.
EU Customers
Orders shipped to the EU include a 14-day cooling-off period for returns.
Refunds
- We’ll email you once we receive and inspect your return.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing times depend on your bank/credit card.
