SHIPPING + DELIVERY

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship from Canada and select fulfillment partners to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping services and charges are shown before payment.

SHIPPING COSTS

For eligible items shipped from our Canadian stock, standard delivery is CA$15 within Canada and CA$25 to the United States. Free standard delivery is available from CA$85 within Canada and CA$150 to the United States, based on the qualifying order value after discounts.

Partner-fulfilled items and split shipments can have different charges and free-delivery thresholds. International rates also vary by destination and service. Checkout shows the final shipping total and whether your order qualifies for free delivery. Prices may be displayed in your selected currency.

Tracking is provided when available. Some items may ship separately, so one order can arrive in more than one package.

PROCESSING

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Selected on-demand products can require 3–7 business days before dispatch. Drops, pop-ups and high-volume periods can take a little longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation when each package leaves us.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order dispatch dates are shown on the product page and are separate from delivery time. Please check the listed dispatch date before ordering. Selecting a faster shipping service does not bring forward a pre-order's dispatch date.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery time starts after dispatch and does not include processing or the wait for a pre-order. Where available, carrier estimates are shown with the selected service at checkout; they are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. International delivery can take longer because of distance or customs. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.

Carrier delays can happen. If tracking has not moved or your order is outside its estimated window, email hello@habibiplz.com with your order number and we will help.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES + CUSTOMS

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Customs processing can extend delivery time.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please check your address before placing your order. Contact us immediately if something is wrong. Once a package is in transit, we may not be able to redirect it.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase or your order number is required

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

We do not charge restocking fees.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Before sending anything back:

1. Email hello@habibiplz.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
3. Once approved, send your return to:

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked Final Sale
• Custom or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM

Something went wrong? Email hello@habibiplz.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll review it and make it right.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or style?

We currently handle exchanges by return + reorder:

1. Request a return using the process above.
2. Once approved, return your item.
3. Place a new order for the size or product you want.

This helps you secure the replacement before it sells out.

REFUNDS

Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and email you with the outcome.

If approved:

• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@habibiplz.com.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, contact hello@habibiplz.com before the 14-day period expires.

After notifying us, the item(s) must be returned within 14 days.

Once we receive the returned goods, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain items, including:

• Custom or personalized products
• Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened
• Digital content once delivery or download has begun, where applicable
