SHIPPING + DELIVERY

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship worldwide from Canada and select fulfillment partners. Available services and delivery estimates are shown before payment.

SHIPPING COSTS

Canada: free standard delivery on orders of CA$85 or more.
United States: free standard delivery on orders of CA$150 or more.
International: rates and any market-specific free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout.

Tracking is provided when available. Some items may ship separately, so one order can arrive in more than one package.

PROCESSING

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Selected on-demand products can require 3–7 business days before dispatch. Drops, pop-ups and high-volume periods can take a little longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation when each package leaves us.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

The delivery estimate shown at checkout is the best guide for your destination and selected service. United States deliveries can currently take 5–15 business days after dispatch; international deliveries may take longer because of distance or customs.

Carrier delays can happen. If tracking has not moved or your order is outside its estimated window, email hello@habibiplz.com with your order number and we will help.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES + CUSTOMS

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Customs processing can extend delivery time.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please check your address before placing your order. Contact us immediately if something is wrong. Once a package is in transit, we may not be able to redirect it.
