1. Eligibility

The Habibi Plz UGC Contest ("the Contest") is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of submission. By entering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Participants under 18 may only enter with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, who must also agree to these terms on the participant's behalf.

Employees, contractors, agents, immediate family members, and household members of Habibi Plz are not eligible to win the prize but may submit content for promotional use.

The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring their entry complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

2. Contest Period

The Contest opens on the date this email is delivered and closes on June 5th, 2026 at 11:59 PM (local time). Any submissions received after this deadline will not be considered, regardless of cause or delay. The winner will be announced on or around June 10th, 2026 via email and/or Habibi Plz's official social media channels.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Create original photo, video, reel, story, or post-style content featuring Habibi Plz products.
• Submit between one (1) and three (3) pieces of content via email to hello@habibiplz.com before the deadline.
• Include their full name, Instagram handle (or other social handle if applicable), and country of residence in the submission email.

Entries that do not meet these requirements may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Habibi Plz.

4. Content Ownership & Originality

Participants represent and warrant that:

• The submitted content is 100% original and created solely by the participant.
• The content does not infringe upon, violate, or misappropriate any third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, or rights of privacy.
• The participant has obtained all necessary rights, releases, and permissions from any individuals appearing in the content (including models, friends, family, or bystanders) and from the owners of any locations, brands, music, or props featured.
• The content does not contain any unlicensed music, branded items, or copyrighted material owned by third parties.

5. License & Usage Rights — Important

This license includes, but is not limited to, the right to use your content:

• On Habibi Plz's website, including product pages, landing pages, and editorial content.
• Across all Habibi Plz social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter/X, and any future platforms.
• In paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and any other digital or print advertising medium.
• In email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and direct customer communications.
• In press releases, lookbooks, brand campaigns, billboards, and any printed marketing materials.
• In product packaging, hangtags, and in-store displays.
• For internal use, training, and brand development purposes.

Habibi Plz may use your content indefinitely, with no time limit, and is under no obligation to remove, take down, or stop using the content at any point in the future. You waive any moral rights or claims to attribution, integrity, or control over how the content is edited, cropped, captioned, or contextualized.

You also grant Habibi Plz the right to use your name, social handle, likeness, voice, and any identifying information in connection with the use of your submitted content for promotional purposes, without further compensation.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive Habibi Plz products of their choice with a total retail value of up to USD $200. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent. If a selected item is out of stock or unavailable, Habibi Plz reserves the right to offer an alternative product of equivalent value.

Shipping of the prize is included worldwide. The winner is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country of residence.

Additional benefits for the winner include having their content featured on the official @habibi.plz Instagram feed and other Habibi Plz channels, with credit to their social handle (where appropriate).

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by the Habibi Plz team based on the following criteria:

• Authenticity and originality of the content.
• Visual quality and creative execution.
• Brand alignment with Habibi Plz's aesthetic and values.
• Engagement potential across social channels.

The decision of Habibi Plz is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process. The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the announcement date and must respond to claim the prize within fourteen (14) days. Failure to respond within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner.

8. Content Standards

Submitted content must not contain:

• Nudity, sexually explicit material, or suggestive content involving minors.
• Hate speech, discriminatory language, or content promoting violence.
• References to illegal activities, drugs, or weapons.
• Defamatory, libelous, or harassing material.
• Branding, logos, or visible products of competing brands.
• Any material that violates community guidelines of major social platforms.

Habibi Plz reserves the right to disqualify any submission that does not meet these standards, at its sole discretion, without explanation.

9. Privacy & Data Use

Personal information collected during the Contest (including email address, name, and social handles) will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest, contacting the winner, and complying with these Terms. Habibi Plz will not sell or share this data with unrelated third parties. Participants may also be added to the Habibi Plz email marketing list and can unsubscribe at any time. 10. Disclaimers & Liability

Habibi Plz is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or undeliverable submissions caused by technical malfunctions, internet outages, email server issues, or any other cause beyond Habibi Plz's reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Habibi Plz, its parent company, affiliates, employees, directors, officers, and agents disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Contest, acceptance of the prize, or use of submitted content.

By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Habibi Plz from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your submitted content.

11. Right to Modify or Cancel

Habibi Plz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability. In the event of cancellation, Habibi Plz may, at its discretion, select a winner from eligible submissions received up to the cancellation date or choose not to award the prize.

12. Platform Disclaimer

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, or any other social media platform. Participants release these platforms from any and all liability related to the Contest.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Habibi Plz is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
