HABIBI PLZ — PRE-ORDER TERMS
By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:
- What a pre-order means. Fans are sold on a pre-order basis. Your payment is taken at the time of order to reserve your item(s).
- Shipping timeline. Pre-orders begin shipping on July 5th. Dates are estimates and may shift due to production or carrier delays; we will keep you updated by email.
- Mixed carts. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together once the pre-order item is ready — unless you contact us to split it.
- Free delivery. Free shipping applies to US & Canada orders as shown at checkout.
- Changes & cancellations. Need to cancel or change a pre-order? Email us at [YOUR EMAIL] within [24–48] hours of ordering. After that, the order enters fulfillment and may not be changeable.
- Refunds. If we cannot fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a full refund. [State your refund policy for change-of-mind orders here.]
- Discount codes. Bundle codes (e.g. FAN15 / FAN25 / FAN35) apply at checkout per their terms and cannot be applied after an order is placed.
